Should I Tan Before My Trip To The Bahamas I'm Pale; Should I Go Tan Before A Cruise In The Bahamas?

I'm pale; should I go tan before a cruise in the Bahamas? - should i tan before my trip to the bahamas

I am very fair skinned and burn. I would think on a cruise in the Bahamas in about 2 months and my mother, he should go, tanners, so that it does not come as a shock to my skin for a Michigan winter, the sun there. How long before the trip I go? I have only sin, or I will burn or tan? How often should I go?

Maybe a month before you go and buy a packet of the month?
(which might be cheaper)

But sure that two weeks ago, and is the first day
for a while. You can see how it will wait on a couple of days
and again, and then, and so on.

Get your tan deeper and darker. Suggest
Buying a lotion for tanning beds, lotions in the halls
are expensive, then perhaps to Walgreens to buy or
Aim or somthing.

Then drive up to Brown, as the color you have.

Enjoy!

Do not tan. Regret it later when your skin starts, as you see at least twice as old. I say just wait until you get to the Bahamas. (in my opinion is clear, however, sexy, make it just old and tired, he was not sure how to agree, but most people are). So it seems that I really need the cruise haha.

I've never been to a solarium, but I know people who have left. I do not think its wrong for you as a solarium, from time to time, but I believe that constant use can be very bad for the skin. While in the sun, of course, want to protect sunscreen (SPF 15, which I use, but also for white skin that you order by May 30 or more), you shall not forget a hat to protect face and go, not me was not in direct sunlight for a long time. Skin cancer is always a possibility for everyone, but you can still enjoy the sun, while the tan not for long. Hope this helps! Enjoy your cruise! I just returned from a Caribbean, and they are incredible! :)

Two words: skin cancer.

Do not go tanning, and many use a high sun protection factor when you are on the beach. Even a severe sunburn can increase the risk of skin cancer - not to mention painful and wrinkles caused when one gets older.
