I can not decide what to buy, free weights or machines?
I've heard that the machines are worth the money but not the weight, I have the same effect as the fitness machines?

Free weights are better if you try to strengthen and grow, because the balance when the weights have only replaced by U. Lift cutters. Personally, I just, free weights and an exercise bike, like a burn
